Mount Kilimanjaro is the tallest freestanding mountain in the world and a daunting climb for any person. But Jason’s friend Bonner Paddock isn’t just any person. Born with cerebral palsy (CP), Bonner has limited motor function is his lower body, spastic leg muscles, and no sense of balance. Not only was Bonner motivated by his personal goal, but a much deeper motivation kept him fully committed to the impossible task of reaching the 19,340 ft. summit. Visit http://www.JasonHartman.com/radioshows. Bonner’s compassion for kids with CP inspired him to take on Kilimanjaro to raise awareness about cerebral palsy and raise money to build a comprehensive center for children with disabilities. This was spawned by Bonner’s belief that “child care services for young children with special needs in Orange County are inadequate.” All funds will go toward just that: the first Early Learning Center to serve children with and without disabilities in his own backyard, Orange County, California. Over 8 days, 64 miles, sheer cliffs, sub-zero temperatures, and ever-thinning oxygen, Bonner was forced to confront what most would consider catastrophic. This inspiring voyage has now been transformed into a documentary boldly narrated by Academy Award Nominee Michael Clarke Duncan. Join Jason Hartman as he discusses the gripping synopsis of this climb from the champion himself, Bonner Paddock. Upcoming shows will feature: an exciting interview with real estate investing guru and author of the hit series Rich Dad, Poor Dad, Robert Kiyosaki, and an additional Atlanta, Georgia real estate company giving our listeners the opportunity to purchase a fully rehabbed income property for only $5,000 down.
