I love your Podcasts and look forward to them every week. This weeks was of particular interest as the stategy is one I am looking forward to following. It seems something important was left out though. Every time you refinance and withdraw the “Tax Free” money you are incurring more and more debt as well. How is this debt serviced if you use it for retirement expenses? I understand if you reinvest that it will be serviced but not if you intend on having it become your tax free retirement income. Did I miss something?
Love your show.

Hi Mike,

Thanks for the kind words! In response to your comment… the great thing about rental real estate is that our tenants pay the mortgage debt rather than us - more about this on the next podcast. Good question.

Thanks for listening!
